PERSONAL LOAN AGREEMENT

This Loan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Waves Financial Inc. ("Lender") and the applicant identified in this application ("Borrower"), effective as of the date of signing below.

1. LOAN AMOUNT & DISBURSEMENT

The Lender agrees to provide the Borrower with the loan amount selected above (the "Principal"). Funds will be disbursed via the method selected by the Borrower on the same business day of approval, provided the application is approved before 2:30 PM EST.

2. INTEREST RATE

The loan carries an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 23% calculated on a simple interest basis. The total cost of borrowing will be disclosed in your final loan documents.

3. REPAYMENT

Repayments will be collected via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) from the bank account verified in Step 3 of this application, aligned with the Borrower's pay frequency. The Borrower may repay the loan in full at any time without penalty.

4. PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT AUTHORIZATION

By signing this Agreement, the Borrower authorizes Waves Financial Inc. to initiate pre-authorized debit transactions from the verified bank account for each scheduled repayment amount on or after each due date. This authorization remains in effect until all amounts owing under this Agreement are paid in full.

5. DEFAULT

The Borrower will be considered in default if a scheduled payment is not received within 3 business days of the due date. Waves Financial reserves the right to charge an NSF fee of $45.00 for each returned payment.

6. PRIVACY

The Borrower's personal and financial information is collected solely for the purpose of processing this loan application and administering the loan. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate repayment processing.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the province in which the Borrower resides and applicable federal laws of Canada.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
