Once you send the e-Transfer and submit the confirmation form below, our team typically applies your payment to your account within 1 business hour during support hours (Monday to Saturday). Payments sent outside of business hours are processed first thing the next business day. Your loan balance will be updated once applied.
No — there is absolutely no prepayment penalty. If you want to pay off your remaining balance early, simply send an e-Transfer for the outstanding amount and confirm it using the form on this page. You will only pay interest accrued up to the date of your payment. Paying early saves you money.
Include your loan reference number (found in your loan agreement email) and the type of payment — for example: "Loan #WF-2026-04821 — biweekly payment" or "Loan #WF-2026-04821 — full early repayment." This helps our team apply your payment instantly and accurately. If you don't know your reference number, fill in the confirmation form below with your name and date of birth and we'll match it manually.
If a Pre-Authorized Debit is returned (NSF), an NSF fee may apply as outlined in your loan agreement. You can also make a manual e-Transfer payment using the instructions above while we resolve the issue. We always prefer to find a solution rather than escalate.
Yes — you can send any amount as an extra payment at any time. Extra payments are applied directly to your principal balance, which reduces the total interest you owe. Send the e-Transfer and confirm it here using the "Partial early repayment" option in the payment type field. Your remaining schedule will be recalculated.
